‘Beat Your Heart’ is a charity fund raising event organized by BBA students at KU Leuven to raise awareness and funds for research and treatment of cardiovascular diseases – currently the leading cause of death in Belgium.

Join us for a 5K run in the Laeken District in Central Brussels at 11:00am on the 4th March 2018 to help us help others.

This is no ordinary 5K. This is hundreds of people uniting with one purpose: to come together and raise money to beat heart diseases.

All are invited and welcome. Our 5k is an achievable challenge for runners of all ages and levels. You can take part however you prefer, may you choose to run, jog or walk your way around the course.

The route takes participants through the picturesque Parc de Tour & Taxis along the port of Bassin Vergote in the heart of Brussels with a backdrop to the finish line at the building of Tour & Taxis, where refreshments, goodie bags, music, local producers of healthy superfoods and kiosks with promotional products of our sponsors await the finishers.
